On a private server, you can equip a weapon with 100% chance to cast Frozen Orb on attack. You can socket three legendary gems into one ring. You can level a Hardcore character to Paragon 1000 in an afternoon. Blizzard’s live game cannot offer that safety net or that chaos.

Every Legendary or Set item that drops has a hidden secondary stat called "Morph Potential" (ranging from 0% to 100%). Alternatively, players can infuse this potential using a new crafting material dropped by Nephalem Rift Guardians.
