1. Essential Settings File Edit (Most Effective) PES 2019 has hidden settings not available in the menu. Edit this file: Location: Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2019\settings.dat Open with Notepad . Change these values: [setting] screen_mode = 1 (0 = Windowed, 1 = Fullscreen) resolution_width = 1366 resolution_height = 768 aspect_ratio = 1 (1 = Auto) vsync = 0 (Disable VSync) frame_rate = 2 (2 = 30fps lock, 1 = 60fps, 0 = 30fps)

Set frame_rate = 2 — this locks to 30 FPS, which is much smoother on low-end PCs than unstable 60 FPS.

Power management mode → Prefer maximum performance Texture filtering - Quality → High performance Vertical sync → Off Max Frame Rate → 30 FPS Threaded Optimization → On

For AMD:

Open Radeon Settings → Gaming → PES 2019 Enable Radeon Chill (min 30, max 30) Set Texture Filtering Quality to Performance VSync → Off

For Intel HD Graphics (laptops):

Open Intel Graphics Command Center Go to System → Power → On Battery → set Maximum performance Go to Gaming → PES 2019 → Power plan → Max Performance

4. Low-End Performance Mods & Patches Download these (search on PES-Patch.com or EvoWeb ):

"PES 2019 Low-End Stadiums" — removes crowd, replaces with empty seats "No Turf Pattern" — removes grass detail, solid green texture "Low-End Lighting Mod" — disables dynamic shadows and sun effects
