Use tools like Clrmamepro or Romulus to manage your own pack. Start with a full set, then delete the games you will never play.
Lemuroid supports cheat codes ( .cht files). You can add a cheats folder alongside your ROM pack. Name the cheat file exactly the same as the ROM (e.g., Super_Mario_World.cht ).
