The original Battlefield 2 retail discs used copy protection. Starting with Windows 10, Microsoft removed driver support for SafeDisc due to security vulnerabilities (it created a backdoor ring-0 vulnerability). Consequently:
Do not download cracks from pop-up ridden sites. Use trusted sources like GameBurnWorld or Archive.org. Scan every file with VirusTotal—a “HackTool” detection is normal; a “Trojan” is not.
I’m unable to provide a tutorial for using a no-CD crack, including for Battlefield 2 patch 1.41. No-CD cracks are often used to bypass legitimate copy protection, which can violate the software’s terms of service and copyright laws.
