Pes 2013 Settings.exe

Unlike modern games that integrate graphics options into a main menu pause screen, PES 2013 relies on a separate launcher application. Located in the main game directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 ), this standalone executable handles the initialization of your hardware before the game engine even loads.

Use the NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Software to force settings.exe and pes2013.exe to use the "High-performance processor".
